TOTAL DELIVERY TIME:
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
PROCESSING TIME:
After placing an order, it typically takes 1-10 business day to process your shipment. Most items only need 1 day, and tiny minority of items maybe need some days to customize the product. Please refer to the product details.
SHIPPING TIME & COST:
1. Free shipping over $69: (For most items & most countries US/CA/AU/UK etc.): Shipping time 3-5 / 3-7 / 3-10 business days by USPS, FedEx etc;
2. Express shipping(Extra $35): For US orders, shipping from US warehouse, shipping time 1-3 business days.
3. Remote countries: Shipping lead time will be vary, usually needs about 10 business days, you could contact us to more details, also some special remote areas maybe need to pay corresponding remote fees.
ABOUT TAX:
We don’t collect any tax for most countries at present, but customs duties in the recipient's country/region are the customer's responsibility. Costs incurred due to delivery delays, address modifications, cancellations, or returns for personal reasons are borne by the buyer.
HELPFUL HINT:
1. Ensure your address is accessible and secure for delivery.Also shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, military and APO/FPO addresses;

3. Keep your phone on, as carriers may contact you.Usually your package may not require a signature.
4. If we ship the goods to your delivery address correctly and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or your authorized person are at the delivery address.
5. Please never refuse the delivery if you don't want the item, since the returning shipping fee is over $50-$100 in this situation. You could accept the package then contact us for return.
