- Q: What is synthetic hair?
A: The most appealing aspect to synthetic hair is it can often be worn right out of the box with little or no styling. The fiber used has “memory” for wave, curl and volume which lets hair bounce back into place with minimal effort -the curl pattern is permanently set. It can even hold up in bad weather and can guarantee no drooping or frizzing.
- Q: What is the features of high temperature fiber?
A: Excellent flame resistance; Smooth hand feeling as well as human hair; Easy combing,tangle-free and shedding-free; Soft weft,fine elasticity and durability; Washable .
- Q: Is the color of the wig exactly the same as the picture shown on the website?
A: Due to different monitor settings and the lighting of our photo-shooting, there is a chance that color that appears on your monitor could vary slightly from the original color of the wig.
- Q: When I put on the wig, why does it look shorter when compared to your pictures?
A: As your head size and neck length are different from our mannequin, it could make the length of the wig different from the length of the wig as shown in the pictures.

- Q: How do I measure my head size?
A: With a measure tape, begin at the front of your hairline and wrap the tape behind your ear to the nape of your neck around to your other ear until the tape meets again at the front of your hairline. The comfortable elastic/cloth material is stretchable and can fit most head sizes.
- Q: Can they be straightened or curled?
A: Of course, they are made of 100% heat resistant fiber, the hair can be curled or straighten, but the temperature should not exceed 160 degrees. Please kindly Caution: Please do not put down the hair after you roll it until it cools down. You can put the hair on your hand or something that can hold the curls of the hair,so that to maintain the curly.
- Q: What is the best way for me to wear a wig if I have long hair?
A: There are two options that work quite well for our clients with longer hair. Some of our customers wrap their hair around their head and pin it in place underneath their wigs. You can also wear a wig cap which fits tightly over your hair and keeps your hair in place.
- Q: Do I have to wear a wig cap before put on the wig?
A: Using a wig cap in mainly a matter of personal preference. Most of our customers, whether they have long or short hair, prefer to use wig caps because it holds the hair in place better and helps to keep the wig cleaner. In some instances，it may also prevent hair breakage due to the wig cap rubbing against the scalp.
- Q: What else can I do to ensure the secure fit of my wig?
A: All our wigs come with 2 adjustable straps on both left and right side in the inner lining. These can be used to make a wig quite tight on your head so that, in most cases, it would be hard for it to fall off. If you want extra security, wigs can be further secured by using pins through the wig or at the edges of the wig.
- Q: Why does my hair become tangled?
A: The hair would become tangled due to dryness, oil&dirt build-up, salt water and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash and condition your hair at least once a week, and if possible, twice a week would be better. You may use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for further suggestions.
- Q: How can I untangle my wig?
A: It is normal for long hair wigs to get tangled up. When that happens, you may use a large tooth comb to work on the fiber from the lower part first, then bit by bit move it towards the root. Please remember not to comb the hair from the root to the tips in a stroke or back comb the hair.

- Q: What type of hair care products should I use?
A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair; Use good quality shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny;You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style; Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.
- Q: How to deal with the odor?
A: Some of the clients may talk about the odor when receiving the hair. Dear, there's no need to worry about this, after co-washing and nursing it for some time, the odor will disappear.
- Q: How long does it last?
A: This depends on how you maintain it and its texture. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally it could last between 3 and 5 months.
