RETURN POLICY

CANCEL ORDER

1. To cancel an order, contact our customer care team within 6 hours of placing it.

2. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.

3. Please never refuse the delivery if you don't want the item, since the returning shipping fee is over $50-$100 in this situation(which we won't cover). You could accept the package then contact us for return, then the shipping fee would be around $10-$25.

RETURN ORDER

1. We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt.

2. For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, have NOT been used, worn or tampered with, come with all original tags

3. For any return, please make sure to contact us at email service@noblehair.com, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process, then we will send the return address/ return label to you. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted, also related losses of unauthorized return will be borne by the customer.

4. Our return address is: 666 Rebecca Road Xuchang, Henan, 461000 China. But for US orders, we could offer return labels, pls contact us for more details.

5. Customer need to provide us with the return tracking number, so please return your hair via a trackable shipping option. Noble will not be responsible for lost returns.

6. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the return, except for cases of manufacturing defects.

7. Non-Returnable Items: Special Sale Products, customized products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.

EXCHANGE ITEM

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange for you, usually we will ship the new item within 3 business days.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel within 2 business days after your returned item is received and inspected by our factory.

If the product is not in its original state (for example, the hair is a little damaged and needs hair care due to a return or other accident), NOBLE store has the right to deduct 50% to 60% of the order price from the refund amount or even not issue the refund if it affects secondary sales.
